...rockpile were touring oz at the time - they came back to countdown the next week and did girls talk with dave edmunds up front - the next day i went out and bought my first guitar...thanx fellas

I remember I was singing along this song with him. It was 1996, his concert with friends in Tokyo. This is also one of my Karaoke favorites. Thank you posting.

This was an iconic Australian sunday evening ABC TV pop show - our answer to the UK's TOTP's if you will. Nick and Elvis were frequent visitors to OZ for an adoring audience though it was probably of little commercial value- Bless them.
