MySpace is a subsidiary of News Corporation, a New York based media conglommerate headed by Rupert Murdoch.

I am not anti-California, most of my family lives in California and I reside part time just outside of Los Angeles.

Many California companies evade California labor costs and taxes by incorporating in other states. eBay is a Delaware Corporation, as is Chevron Texaco (San Ramon).

California is in severe economic shape and it is not anything to be dismissed.

Theses companies are still headquartered in CA. just because a few of them have offices in other locations doesn't mean the bulk of their employment and profit (and taxes paid) are in CA. your comment on MySpace was very misleading. the MySpace headquarters in CA actually shares a building with its owner, Fox Interactive Media. you obviously just have a bias against CA and would take any position against it. but thank you for supporting CA by using another one of its great innovations, YouTube.
