My trip to KC on 7-8-09 to watch trains. Locations are: Santa Fe Jct, West Bottoms, and the Union Station. Railroads seen: BNSF, UP, AMTK, and KCT. I worked hard to make this video the mother-load of all videos in my collection. My trips to KC are special to the videos deserve special attention in the editing department.

  • Abit unusual to see BNSF and UP engines on the same train at 8:30, then again that is a major switching yard.

  • I don't know if Pershing Rd is open where it goes underneath the I-70/I-35 interchange on the NW part of the downtown loop. But 12th St is quite accessible from either the Broadway exit off I-670 and the Gennessee exit from west-bound I-670.

  • Is this location easy to get to and better still is it easy to find.

  • Glad to hear from you again. Great locations 5/5
