Scott & Todd's young broadcasting protege Coop has decided to change his life.

He's lost 50 pounds on Dr. Seigal's Cookie Diet and now he's decided to add an exercise routine to his life.

His first experiment: Bikram Yoga. Commonly known as hot yoga, Bikram's Beginning Yoga Class runs approximately 90 minutes, incorporates a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F with a humidity of 40%.
