  • You can. If you don't have a treadmil or a machine, just do some easy cardio like push ups, jumping jacks, squads :)

  • yea I had to do a recovery system on my computer this weekend so I lost all my programs, so once I re-install everything ill make a video about it :) I love yours!!

  • I have created a great habit buying only helathy thing I like (most of the time). Now, I'm trying to really watch my portions. The extra hour at the gym, is more like a punishment but I learned I should just increase my intensity whenever I miss a workout. Thank you my dear.
