@EntropicMisanthropic Wild Bill couldn't shoot everyone though. He had enough trouble with the people he did shoot. That's part of why his character in this series was so awesome, like he was restraining himself constantly even though he really felt like killing people. Also, your username is awesome.

@melvert33 That is what confused me to no end my first time through the series. Garret Dillahunt plays two completely different characters, which is unusual for any show. I almost thought Francis Wolcott was just Jack McCall's alias and excuse to return to camp when I saw it the first time, but after some research I discovered that David Milch just likes to reuse actors, and the two characters are not one in the same... Which is cool by me, because Dillahunt is a phenomenal actor.

Should have shot the little fuck right in the mouth. Surely nobody would have cared about a little shit like him. Those towns were full of them, mouthy little drunks who'd challenge the biggest dog around just because they'd never been properly beaten when they were younger.
Bill forgot that once they get to be Jack McCall's age, there's no pistol-whipping sense into them. Spend your life in bars dealing with pissants like McCall and eventually one'll shoot you in the back.
