@shwy23 - It's referring to MSNBC, a highly liberal "media" outlet (more closely similar to "communist propaganda" than "media") whose sole purpose in this world is to stand against REAL American values and REAL media outlets like Fox. If you watch even 5 minutes of their scripted garbage, you'd hear nothing but snake spitting venomous mudslinging that sounds a lot like a bunch of PMSing teenage girls. So PMSNBC is rather fitting
