Actually, Kiko, I have the mod for Doom 3's source code that adds Pain Elementals. If you'd like it, I could e-mail it to you. :D Oh, they take less hits than a cacodemon.

Wanna know something rather horrifying? The original plans for Doom 3 had the Cacodemons performing the same function as Pain Elementals, IN ADDITION TO shooting plasma at you.

@DavidB1001 lol put a pain elemental inside each ls so that you have a big reason to kill them then make archies ressurect them as arachnotrons and barons that are invisible and shoot ten plasma rounds a second that do a insane amount of splash (i.e. one shot kills doomguy with megashere plus 10 cybes.) then kiko can hate them and cry when he sees one but you have to make it fair so only 4 p=elems a level and each can only spawn 4 ls then they explode and spawn 4 more. bope romero dont see this.
