isnt sex like the best workout? how often do u have sex, rather than go to the gym? im no pornstar, but i feel like 5 min in bed is good enough ;)

punch the evil man in his throat, head above the ears and step back again and as he tries to stand up properly kick him in his both knees and hit your hardest in all of these areas then you can finally go for your lucky shot step back again as he he looks real red and angry and tries to grab you or punch you kick the evil man in the balls hard and when he goes down elbow the evil man on the back of his neck, now go to your friends or family and call the police if are scared of evil men.

women please don't build muscles. women you need to stare that evil man in the eyes with your fists closed by your waists, when he shouts at you then you scream at him, when he gets louder you push your hand into his chest to let him know if he hits you he will regret it then if he does hit you in any way, he will use his hand to push your chest now step back very slowly so he thinks you are going to cry and tap your fist gently on his chest while crying, woman don't do this instead

I just started working out, I need to lose about 40lbs, but I'm starting out small with my first goal of 10lbs. I was looking up great workouts for core & found this, I did it Sunday at the gym & I feel it more then any core exercises I've done! THANK YOU!
