    If you don't breath oxygen won't flow around your body. This could lead to

    lactic acid building up in your muscles.

  • before exersize, muscle exersizes are nesersery to stop cramp or stitch. after warm up you can start of with light exersizes such as squat thrusts (witch look like a four legged animal) squat thrusts are where you get on all fours and thrust your legs in and out. Poeple with light skin tend to get red faced because, well, i cant really find anything on that subject but if i find something, ill post it. if you do get red faced, i found out that you should stop, take this advise wisely :D

  • When u do a good stetch you should feel your mucles pullin. this might hurt if you have very tight muckes or week ones but dont over do it. I know this coz I go to physiotheripy for my mucles and have to do daily xercies to stop my mucles from snappin in 2. thx

  • At my school, we are taught to hold a stretch for 8 seconds, and then do another one for 8 seconds, and so on...

    Do stretches on your triceps, and hamstrings; very important.

  • Don't stretch for more then 5 seconds or it sends your muscle to sleep like a dead leg would...

    anyways,

    You could try relate the animals to the moves?

    Just an idea tho, In china Monks used to relate the martial art moves to animals :)
