Alek at the Talent Show

Alek was outstanding... He messed up a few times, but it was his delivery that was so amazing. He was so calm and so into having a good time that he may as well have been playing for a few friends or relatives. He was such a good performer.

I asked the music teacher if she could turn his keyboard to the side when he played and she said no, she'd rather he face the audience... :/

He had such an ovation when he was done, it drowned out his quoting John Lennon from the end of the rooftop concert at the end of "Let It Be". He played the last chord and closely paraphrased:

"I'd like to thank you on behalf of the group and ourselves and I hope we passed the audition." It was priceless. :)
