This is my first video blog about me trying to lose weight and gain a healthier lifestyle. I'm on a raw food diet (I do cheat though, one egg and a few tortillas a week, that's just to get some of the vitamines and minerals that I need to build muscles that can bear my weight^^ anywho, rate, comment, subscribe... the choice is yours.

  • i'll subscribe. i actually started at 230. i've lost about 60 lbs so far.

    tips: i think you should def add some meat to your diet, even if it's a raw food diet. maybe chill some plain baked chicken?
