I'm only just 10 and i've shot into single figures a few times so why shouldn't he be scratch.
I am expecting to be a scratch player maybe even younger than that.

@bmsadamse1 You obviously aren't very good, or you live in the middle of no where, where kids suck at golf. In san diego there are kids on junior tours that are 12 or even younger that shoot under par on mid-6,000 yard courses. Get your facts straight
