I think you didn't have it mounted right. Need to adjust the alan opposite the throw lever to get a solid grip on your rail.

I also found the mount sub-standard as it could not be tightened down with the mount screws alone. I modified it by taking the mount screws loose and gluing the mount to scope with JB Weld then replacing the screws for alignment. This stopped the scope movement but not very effective at ranges longer than 100yds on AR-15(.223 should be at least moa out to 300yds!!). I think I'll try a good quality Bushnell 3x9 and some quality quick release mounts. Anybody wanna buy a modded NTStar?

I bought a reflex sight from NcStar and the damn entire lens poped out from the recoil of my AR.

i have the same scope and i put it on my m-4 (.223) had no trouble zeroing it and it held its zero you musta just got a fluke

ya know what I dunno why yours is messed up my is very close in quality to my acog cept the 9 enhance isn't the best
