  • @Pelaymi It's something that you have to have fairly small thighs to do. If you cannot do it simply cross you legs once and do not worry about hooking your toes. This person is very flexible, don't worry if you can't get your legs all the way to where she does. listen to you body and only do what you are capable :)

  • I really like this, but with the one stretch i dont understand how you are supposed to hook your toes around your calf, it does not seem possible. Im not sure what is not flexible on me to not be able to do that.

    Anyway, thanks for the videos!

  • Good lord this video is NOT going to be good to watch for ones of the male persuasion if the goal is trying to fall asleep. That aside however, I guess it will take years of stretching to become this flexible right? I'd probably only have half your range of motion. I suck :(
