Japan particularly has excellent fast food everywhere in the major cities. Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka all have reasonably priced, tasty and healthy food everywhere you look. Literally. If you stand at any one spot in those cities, you can turn in any direction and see a great place to eat. Notable too was the fact that I was the only obese person that I saw in Japan. Almost everyone is reasonably fit and healthy. The US could learn a lot.

I was referring to what he said about "America could benefit from Asian-style food courts" and the whole theme of "safe, clean, non-threatening food courts" that exist now in America. As an American and someone who has spent many years overseas, especially in Asia, I know this is true, but how many people can understand this, despite their intelligence? How do you describe colors to the blind?
