In all indian penal laws, there is not a single article or a sub clause, that forbids foreigners from purchasing property on india, with the exemptions of agricultural land. Since purchase was conducted benami, what is the problem, when the source of funds is cleared. Tibetans should also know their rights by reading article 3.1 of citizenship act, 1955. Most tibetans are actually citizens of India.

Tibetans whould buy legaly land in India if they can become indian citizen like in Europe.

tibetan should leave india forever,,and come to canada and u.s where there is equality for all the people.indians should be treated the same in abroad aswell because they does the same for us in india.
