Markus, that's a really great vocal impression - sounded just like him!! :)

I love you man.

@JuicyRawLove try living out in the wild, you'll be omnivore, it's our true nature as a Homo species. Veganism is impossible, sustainably speaking, without agriculture, and even then veganism is incomplete for most people.

@ThomasDeanNordlum Like I said, the disease I have is caused by animal products so I'll never be able to eat them again. I feel much better now that I'm off animal products. I believe our animal products have to be freshly killed to prevent rigamortis even if it's hormone free, antibiotic free, stress hormone free, truly grass fed (if it isn't labeled 100% grass fed it's not). Meat, much like produce has to be fresh to be healthy for anyone, just my humble take on the matter. Thank you though.

@TheGraceofChrist my personal opinion is that there is no 'one size fits all' for diet. I think raw foods and veganism may be good for a six month or year period as detox, but for long term, I think one should consider HIGH QUALITY, pasture raised, grass fed, local meat and dairy products along with plenty of fresh vegetables and plenty of exercise, like swiming is what I do. Bonne chance.

@ThomasDeanNordlum Well, sounds like you're speaking from experience. I have a rare disease and animal products have found to be at the root of it.

@TheGraceofChrist watch his DVD series and read his two ''books'' (I did) and decide for yourself. He didn't say anything that he hadn't already said on these free videos. Anyway, I get what you say about buying them, and I do that, but when I spent 125$ on this, I felt cheated because it's really not well done, content-wise. Tons of errors in his books too and he just repeats the same thing over and over. I no longer believe raw foods to be the solution for all.
-
@ThomasDeanNordlum I think we should support him.

Markus is fired up and very inspiring. I heard of this DVD set, but am glad to find the author. Thank you very much for posting.
I like his statement that fear is essentially ignorance.

however!!! cacao IS the best <3 eventho i am truly in love with wild weeds <3 :D
ps. @hardsixteenyeah no one is a true omnivore. try again and again and again. Parasites in your body are making you crave the foods you are thinking you desire/need. It's not even you. It's called 'parasite consciousness'. and of course you won't last long on veg and fruit and dark green leaves if you already made your mind up that you won't :)
