The license plate, 9XUQ013, looks like a California plate that won't be issued until about 2020. The current high in CA is in the 6TWRxxx range, and they've been doing that 7-digit format since 1980.

@stuft17 - There is now a new version of this commercial where they no longer have the guy saying "rub it on your pantaloons, man!" That was what made the whole commercial.

I just saw the guy that plays Hamilton in person today. He is an old family friend (he and my dad used to ranch here in Montana together). He was also in the Nancy Drew movie that came out about two years ago, and will be in the forthcoming crystal meth themed movie 'Missouri Loves Company'.

At 0:25, the fine print says "Citizens Bank is RBS Citizens, N.A.". You know what RBS stands for? That's right, the Royal Bank of Scotland, the owners of Citizens Bank. Citizens Bank isn't even owned by American citizens!
