  • dude. how do you have enough money to buy 4 timpani a 4.3? octave marimba and a concert snare drum. WHATSSUP WITH YOU?

  • haha I wish. the timpani and marimba come from my school, but they let me take them home over the break. the Pearl Philharmonic is definitely my baby though.

  • the only reason you feel like shit is that you still think you can play...my advice, go take your playing to some other pros and see if they agree with me (you need to fix the way you play) or with you (you're a genius that should never ever waste their time practicing or trying out new ideas).

if you can't take some "harsh", but constructive comments, you should put the sticks down and never pick them up again.

  • I never said I was the best of the best, but I do know what I was playing. As a 17 year old, I dont have perfect technique or perfect rhythm yet. who does at that age? I welcome most of the comments you say to me, but I'm no idiot, and I wont be talked to like one.

  • Very nice drums...Adams. but in some type of a garage for some reason.

  • hahaha. yeah, they're in my garage because there is nowhere in my house to fit them.

  • @paukenkiger Funny crap is, this guy's not a bad player, but your a troll.

  • dude this sound awesome whats it called?

  • I'm guessing you've already done the audition by now, so this comment is probably useless. I'm of the opinion that timpani should be played from a sitting position. Sitting on a stool helps get your hands at the right height and it frees up your feet for tuning. I mean, you can't use your feet to tune the drums if you're standing on them. Of course, you probably know this and maybe just didn't have a stool at your disposal. I think you could have gone with some softer mallets; let the drums sing

  • What is the name of this?

  • ajaja lol how did you came up with that jaja XD

  • those are real nicee timpani... how could anyone afford those? haha

  • @socc3rfanatic1 hahahahh

  • Close ur eyes it feels like your running through a jungle being chased by gorrillas, then sudenlly it rains a bit and then ur a cheeta on the hunt slowly creeping up on ur prey and then it ends

  • That's a cool school, I've never heard of one that would do that.

  • lol im pretty sure you know damn well what ur doing, ur mallet placement was practically perfect thru the whole thing. silly zz top fan.
