I personally have been in door to door sales for ADT for 4 months now and have had no problem whatsoever earning upwards of 2k per check consistently. I'm sure there are less reputable companies that do screw employees on the backend but most authorized dealers for ADT are pretty reputable.

If you pay an extra fee to Brinks you own the equipment and they won't remove it, but generally ou are correct. Other than that, their equipment is made by Honeywell, the same people who make most other equipment (Ademco excepted). Most equipment all works the same basic way anyway. The only big factor with brinks is their 24/7 Customer Service & Well-trained Monitoring personnel - they don't sell their contracts to 3rd party worthless monitoring companies like Monitronics/SentryNet.

The funny thing is that Brinks whould have payed him something . I know with platinum he didnt get payed. It is a company that lies to everyone from the home owners to the sales reps.

all door to door security sales is a scam. nobody ever gets the backend check they are promised. NEVER NEVER NEVER. And everyone will still lie about how much they made to protect their embarassing failure.
Ask a rep to show you his tax docs that prove how much he made last year. Do this, and insist on it, and your rep will show you the door for sure. All the utah security douche bags are the scum of the earth.
