  • @tolstoyman2, I still love their music & always will for the rest of my life. They had the passion that good Country music requires to be the best. They were that, if nothing else. I wish I'd have still owned my used Record Shop when I first heard them, but I'd long sold that place before they even came over. My sad timing, since I might have been able to help them out & they might have not broken up like they did. I miss them all. Such a waste.

  • Luv this song. Saw these guys in concert. they were great. they came out to the lobby of the theater after the show and signed autographs for everyone. wish they were still together.

  • @wheelmanstan The jews have ther fingers in EVERYTHING check out Kinky Freidmans C&W band.

  • Fantastic version of this hit.

  • gotta love Russian women

A Russian country music band has got to be as rare in the U.S. as a Jewish country singer, lol.

great band and memories from when I discovered them

  • Now I'm afraid to walk in places,

    Seein' those familiar faces.

Knowin' you could be there with them:

So afraid that you'd see that I've been,

    Walkin' on pins and needles,

Ever since you left me, darlin.

So can relate to this <3 And does anyone has the video of Cruel Man by Bering Strait? :)

  • thats the sad part about so called COUNTRY MUSIC nowdays, you rarely hear a violin or steel guitar anymore

  • Loved it...

  • While this is a fantastic rendition (I especially like the violin and the steel guitar), I still prefer Gail Davies' version over this one. Gail's voice is more emotive. She has sort of a huskiness that brings out the "jagged" aspect. The singer here has a nice voice, but there is a thinness to it. Wonderful sonic quality, just not suited to this song. I do like the harmonies, though.

This group is not together any longer, right? Too bad, they are very good.

  • The lyrics will live forever...
