Actually.. the rear brakes on the ZR1 are the same ones found on the front of the enzo. The front brakes on the ZR1 are the same as the front brakes used on the Ferrari FXX track car. It actually has better brakes than the enzo..

Those Carbon Ceramic brakes are off the Enzo. The actual ones.

Dont tell me that dude bought a ZR1 and didnt know it had carbon ceramic brakes. That pisses me off. But hey, if you got the money, more power to ya :) Best color too...
