Is this guy from Barbuda?

Can you go down "The Ladder" on a mountain bike? Did they ever plug up the old sulpher mine? I think they found a dead tourist in there. Sulpher is a killer, kind of like when wine is fermenting in a cellar. You can go from normal, to passed out to dead within about 15 minutes.

It sure is. I lived in the early 90's for several months in the Bottom en it was the best experience ever in my life.

wow great video thnx

well, in my opinion, that is what makes it one of the coolest places on the planet.

I think Saba is one of the coolest places on the planet, yet 99% of the world's population doesn't even know it exists.

I passed for my driverslicences on this beautifull island back in 1991. The Dutch government made it impossible in 1993 for Dutch citizens to get their licence from the Dutch Antilles. Way too easy!! And they were right. I had to drive on a 80 cc yamaha automatic scooter for about one minute and I had to make a straight figure eight and I passed for my motor licence. I am allowed to drive a Harley Davidson 1200 cc motor now. Funny but wrong...

Good video....good fishing down at ladder bay also. BTW the island down the cast is actually Diamond rock, and not Green Island
I recently visited St. Maarten and the cab driver gave us a little history on Saba Island. Your video is the first time i'm seeing it up close. Great video. Hope to visit there in the next few months. Did you fly into there? and is this a 1 day trip island? Nice video

Thanks, that was shot on a 100 dollar SD card camcorder. Yes, I just got back from Saba. I'm going from Indianapolis but I had to stay over in St Maarten. Going back made it in one day but it took about 14 hours from the hotel to the house. I've been 3 times and always stayed a week - there's really nothing to do except hike and scuba dive but it's a really beautiful island - very clean and not overrun with tourists. It's also super safe - so going by myself I feel pretty comfortable.
