Second day of my final week of a 4 week cycle. The goal of this cycle was to increase strength, while introducing some more intense plyometric work.

Although I only have 2 days shown for this week, the other days of the training week involved form sprinting, short tempo sprints, jumproping, and hip and hamstring strength work.
