Ok, here's a plan... the state should give Cease Fire the funds they cut and more. Say 5 mil more, but allow the group to identify & recruit for the U.S. Military. Yep, they kno who's capable of service and who would be good--not only dat, but we could redirect some lives, save tax dollars (fm potential dead beat dads)--it's a win-win all the way around.
