Actually, En Vogue is on their level. The real problem is that EV and Take 6 are two completely different singing styles. Sometimes when you mix, you get an interesting sound, but sometimes you get this!!! EV is more doo wop and straight forward with their harmonies. Take 6 is very jazz like with their sound and they have much more intricate levels and dimensions to their performances. The academy just shouldn't have put these two groups together. They're perfect in their OWN elements!!!

I don't know why we have all the negative comments. They both sounded great. En Vogue is tight ...Take 6 is awesome, I remember seeing this live when it happened, I thought it was great. People are criticizing off of who they like. They both were great

No, En Vogue is not anywhere near the same caliber singers as Take 6. That was the problem.

That's cuz Take 6 overpowered them because there's 6 of them.LOL. If they hadn't been so loud, it wouldn't have sounded weird because you would have been able to hear EV.
