The tale of the lucky quarter, Watch as some of the fastest oval racers in Florida burn up the asphalt oval at R.C.I.S. in Green cove Springs Fl. This is the 10.5 1cell Lipo class, Before the race starts I (I'm in the infield directly in front of the stand)pulled the old lucky quater out and chose Katf1sh(Bill Sell) as it's target. The call was heads, He wins. Tails the race is a wreckfest. The quarter landed on heads and the rest is history. in this race was Tq Tom Pedano, Stephen Pedano, Mike Bean, Scott Fillingham, Bill Sell, Rich Boehmler, Keith Douglas, Rick O'Mara and RCIS's own Dave Puliafco,
And the results are? Drumroll please

Well at first it looked like the Cluster frig was hppening and then Katf1sh takes the lead and never lost it. The lucky quarter nailed it again on both sides of the coin. Katf1sh wins and the race was almost a complete wreckfest.
For this race the camera was setup on my pit table at the end of the back straight so you can hear the talk in the pits aswell as the sounds of the race.
Excuse the language and comments from the peanut gallery, They know not of what they say or the fact the camera was on and recording right in front of them.
Finally somebody shows what these "toys" can do on concrete. Thanks for posting
