have you ever tryed the la roche-posay's toleriane teint.it is not expensive,haz AMAZING coverage,and has a creamy texture.it does not have many colors,but you could give it a try...

you definetly should try it!i own it in light beige,wich is WAY too light for me,and i have more fair skin then you...the foundation is a little bit hard to blend into your skin,but the full coverage compensates it.
