Pastor Jean Larroux gives us a tour of Ward 1 in Bay St. Louis Mississippi, two and half years after Hurricane Katrina obliterated everything in its path. Everything except this one home, which Pastor Larroux said is an amazing thing. March 12, 2008

PRAISE GOD FOR KATRINA. IN ALL THINGS GIVING THANKS, FOR THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD IN CHRIST JESUS CONCERNING YOU.

In the Book of Nahum, we are told: GOD HATH HIS WAY IN THE WHIRLWIND, AND IN THE STORM, AND THE CLOUDS ARE THE DUST OF HIS FEET. The reason why God allows what we call anomalies, is to show us how true the very word of God is, wherein in the New Testament, we are told: God works all things after the counsel of His own will. Yes, God sent Katrina, and there will be more. I lived in Bay St. Louis, on Beach Blvd. for over 30 years, and the politician corruption alone, is enough to invite Katrina

I praise God that I sold my beach home to an attorney out of New Orleans before Katrina hit. It felt so good to leave that little town of caustic corruption. Our family was blessed to have one of the best beach spots on the coast, right across from St. Stanislaus, a wonderful location. As children, when we wanted to swim or fish, all we had to do is cross the street, for there was the beach. My dad was a very successful business man in that town, but there is so much evil there in that town.
