i was there...my god it was hot that day!!!
and i had stupid summer flu, but that did not stop me going!

The campground at the track is pretty nice but ya gotta get there quick like a week before the race its about a quarter of the way full

ive never been to a nascar race,,i wanna make the 3 hour trek from where i live in canada to go to the michigan race this year,,can someone tell me the best place to sit ,and camp etc,,,thanx,,im not a total green horn ive been to the brick yard in indy 5 times for formula 1 ,but with no race there anymore i need a new adventure..boogidy boogidy boogidy..lol!

All you guys are so Lucky over there in the US.....we have nothing like that in Australia.....gota love the CAT race teams.....we have one in our local Supercar series and it looks awesome on track....and its a FORD :-)

CAT was a partial sponsor of the race it seems. The Grader drove around about 45 minutes before the race with a bunch of Grand Am cars behind it, some local car club. CAT also had a big sign on the outside of the track and an "exclusive" area for VIP's. Didn't include me...!! Thanks for watching.
