great series... a quick question for ya': Does it matter what grip you use on the curl bar? And what would be the advantage to either one?

@tolewfo Hi Cheers for your comment,
I prefer to vary my grip, and widths to hit overall, but saying that I do hit the outer head (long) making the biceps look tall not wide.
I will do video in the future demonstrating this, thanks again.

This is nonsense - the single best biceps exercise isn't even a curl, it's the front palms up pull-down with a cable.
