My car beginning to overheat as soon as I stop moving. It takes about 3 minutes, but soon enough the needles goes past the red (hot) line.

I had taken it to the dealership 3 times prior to making this video. It did it while i was standing there with a mechanic...technician whatever. They changed, water pump, thermostat, and other sensors. It continued to do it, and they refused to do anything about it. So I made this video as proof that 1. It was still happening. 2. It was still under warranty.

It was a blown head gasket. I have since bought a new civic si

  • blown head gasket? honda? not even 100,000 miles? surprising.

  • Thermostat *

  • Check your tremostat or water pump

  • I'm going through the same thing on a 93 Honda prelude

  • your radiator is probably not sucking the coolant correctly so check the hoses or the cap. that's what happened to mine.

  • Don't let the engine be overheated like that ! It's not good for the engine -___-

  • try putting water on the water deposit

  • its your water/coolant pump, its going out and not giving the needed amount of coolant to the engine

  • you know....youre supposed to put coolant in the car....just sayin you might wanna check it....after all it is a honda

  • im going thru the same shit rite now!!!03 civic 1.7 vtech im fukn stress!!!
