@Txivhlubniam Will some of your comments were right, but some wrong too, thousand thousand of those people, were son and daughter of former communist who side with Vietnam communist and run for better life.
and the reason of they got send back because hundred of those Hmong was communist under cover who knew and can tell the UN that these people not refugee.
