  • This train is actually an R160A. I can tell just by the sound the motor makes.

  • No, it's an R160B with Alstom propulsion. R160B's with alstom propulsion and R160A's make the same sound. Half of the R160B's have alstom and the other half have Siemens propulsion.

  • thanks ppl! my bad!

  • Change ya title....thats a W train not a N train!

  • these new ones r junk. I rather get the r68s back; it have many more seats and room available and plus the sound and the lighting. These new ones r too friggin annoying.

  • @RAILTECHCHASER this might be late but, a way to determine is a R160A or B, except by train numbers, is the doors. The R160A, manufactured by Alstom, has a whirring door sound when is opening and a softer cliking sound when closing. The R160B has a more quiet opening and a clamping sound.

  • woww i couldnt even hear the announcement on this thing.. whats up with that?

  • No wonder why most of any R160 videos confuse me.

  • dude W train not N!
