these new ones r junk. I rather get the r68s back; it have many more seats and room available and plus the sound and the lighting. These new ones r too friggin annoying.

@RAILTECHCHASER this might be late but, a way to determine is a R160A or B, except by train numbers, is the doors. The R160A, manufactured by Alstom, has a whirring door sound when is opening and a softer cliking sound when closing. The R160B has a more quiet opening and a clamping sound.

This train is actually an R160A. I can tell just by the sound the motor makes.

No, it's an R160B with Alstom propulsion. R160B's with alstom propulsion and R160A's make the same sound. Half of the R160B's have alstom and the other half have Siemens propulsion.
