Aw, fuck it. That's what we've got insurance for. I'll just sell the debris on Ebay. Perhaps I can do like the Australians and fine NASA for leaving their property flying around willy-nilly.

It IS on orbit... Also, to see something of magnitude 8 (dimmer than the eye can see) that clearly, you'd have to zoom in 'a lot'.

The ISS has apparently boosted up a short distance, just enough to avoid the toolbag. However, following almost the same orbit as the ISS, if the station didn't boost it would likely be quite some time before the toolbag came back around toward it.

I wonder, will it just drift ahead of the ISS until it catches back up with it on the opposite side? Or would it just fall into the atmosphere by then?
What do you mean it could be anything? NASA tracks the toolbag and you can find out when it will pass overhead on the SpaceWeather site.

Its the Toolbag, check it yourself..you can see the screwdriver! ;) At all, its the Toolbag, NASA tracked it and gave the informations to spaceweather DOT KOM
