In June 2009, I visited the beautiful areas of Gilgit & Hunza valley in Northern Areas of Pakistan. I was with my friend Armaan who is from Nasirabad, Hunza and study in Karachi with me. It was such a memorable tour. We visited many places including Gilgit, Nasirabad (Lower Hunza), Aliabad & Karimabad (Central Hunza), Gojal (Upper Hunza), Duikar, Borhit Lake, Nomal, Naltar valley etc.

This video is compilation of pictures from my tour which starts from a train journey followed by rest of the tour.

  • Great Video. Pity too much of you & not enough description of these places or about the valley itself. I would have loved if you had described it and your feelings to be at that place.

I hope you make another video with a little slow movements and more description, like where it is, what do people look like, how do they dress, what do they eat, which language they speak, what is name of the river, where does it start & where does it end? Things like that.

It is still a great video. I applaud U

  • @saldoczaidi Thanks a lot for your detailed comment. I have tried to list the places in video description. My skills in video editing are not very good thats why I didn't put each pic's description in the video. But if I get time, I will surely make another one as I also feel like it would be more fun to watch.

Not at all. I live in London now. But my heart is still there. I visited those places in my youth. Some I recognize but quite a few have changed. There was a dirt road in those days and we used horses and donkeys.
