Ned Luke voice of Alberto Del Rio Dez Silva the GTA 5 Protogonist

The actor from CSI, Law and Order appears to star as the main protogonist of Grand Theft Auto 5. Ned Luke appears to voice the protogonist Alberto Del Rio Dez Silva(Sweeny Alberto Del Silva), sevrell tweets have been going on about Ned Luke playing this character.

Also leaks feautred on the trailer breaks a nerve for the fans, many tweeted "Who is the black african with the white vest, he does'nt look like Ned Luke.nor Ned Luke is the white man with a black blazer"

Kotaku also tweeted" That vest guy is african-american, we have not revealed who the other protogonist are!, lets stick with Ned Luke as he's voice is heard on the trailer" there is of course more than one protogonist, kotaku later tweeted. Many believe the other 4 protogonist are: Carl Johnson(the protogonist from GTA Sanadreas), Tommy Vercetti(the protogonist from GTA Vice City), Niko Bellic(the protogonist from GTA IV) and little is known that John Marston(the protogonist from GTA Undead) is also one of the protogonist.

The site has come across images and video footage of Luke that have an uncanny resemblance to the middle-aged, suit-sporting criminal featured in the game's debut trailer. Luke also sounds a hell of a lot like the trailer's narrator.

On top of that, a fellow actor and Luke's supposed cousin seemingly confirmed the rumour in a series of Twitter updates, OPM

because everyone is playing MW3, Saints Row or Skyrim - but that doesn't mean die-hard fans haven't been trying to track down details. Speculation on the 1.5 minute trailer was in earnest with many people excited about possible callouts to previous GTA games. The most plausible was that the narrator sounded a lot like Jake D- Smith, the actor who played Red Dead Redemption's John Marston, as an older man, but careful investigation by fansites like GTAV.net and iGTA5.com exposed another possible lead actor. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Ned Luke.

There's been all manner of rumours, hearsay and speculation whizzing around the web since the Grand Theft Auto V debut trailer landed a couple of weeks ago, and usually, we don't buy into that sort of thing unless it looks especially juicy or credible, and this latest rumour could have a bit of weight behind it.

It's regarding GTA V's lead character, who many assume will be the trailer's narrator. Apparently, it's the voice of Law & Order star Ned Luke, who's credited with the role of Albert De Silva on the GTA V IMDb page. This is backed up by a tweet from actor Jimmy Taenaka, which reads: "my fellow thespian Ned Luke is the lead voice and profile in the upcoming game by Rockstar Grand Theft Auto 5! Way to go Ned! Wholly Molly!"

Taenaka later took back his statement, claiming that he, like the majority of fans, simply recognised the voice, and rather uncanny likeness of actor Luke and the suited mobster character featured in the trailer (pictured). So, while it still looks as though Ned Luke is more than likely in the game in some capacity, it's not yet known whether he'll be in the lead role. Nothing has been confirmed by Rockstar since the trailer.

A second look at the IMDb page for GTA V, also lists Young Maylay as reprising his Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas role as Carl 'CJ' Johnson, but this is merely rumoured. Could we be seeing a return for Los Santos' original rags to riches hero though? Possibly. Again, nothing's been confirmed, so all of this is pure speculation for now. The Trailer also shows a white vest, black jeaned, brown booted african possibly simulating Carl Johnson, also a black man with a top-jacket seemingly showing Carl Johnson. Cropduster is also a biplane CJ used to terminate bugs
