His name is Leslie Cheung. He is one of the most prominent Chinese artists in Asia who is extremely outstanding both in singing and acting. He acted in the most successful Chinese films, including Farewell My Concubine, which won many awards from international movie associations including the Academy Awards and Cannes Film Festival.

In 2010, which was 7 years after Leslie’s passing, he came 3rd in CCN’s poll of “Most iconic musicians over the past 50 years”, with a position right below Michael Jackson and The Beatles. In two other CNN’s list of successful figures, Lesle was also named as one of “Asia’s 25 greatest actors of all time” and topped the list of the “19 most beautiful men from Hong Kong cinema”
