be careful. if you have pain in your hips you might have hip impingement. and stretching can make it a lot worse. my bone is rubbing up against my hip socket and years of stretching really messed up my hips because my instructors were clueless about anatomy and just told me to keep stretching.

@chatanwarrior also you can have someone hold your legs that is what most people do especially with a frog stretch.

I can kick decently high, but I have no flexibility. This video showed me some useful drills to make me more flexible (some of them look kinda hard though).

what if i can keep the leg up on my maximun heigh, i mean, im about 20 cms of the floor but when i kick my kicking function is limited, for example, i can just keep my leg on the heigth of my hips no more taller, what i can do ??
