To save you the surfing time, what this thing is is some Dr. Dre wannabee (though he's quite good) interpreting an outfit called Konono No. 1, who are from the slums of Kinshasa and who make music using old car parts. The album this comes from is a bunch of bleeding-edge musicians interpreting Kinshasa slum music, which just proves that they have really good musical taste.
