One building was completed some years back, another is almost ready for occupation and a third is coming up as can be seen by the active construction site. This new building offers upscale condomoniums. The name of the one that is occupied is Raj Garden Apartments, the one that is just in completion is called, "Roop Garden" and the one in construction process is called, "Rameshwaram." The Builder, Mr. O. Maheshwari who is also the owner of a new Beamer (BMW), has many such properties throughout Jaipur and shopping malls as well
