Lots of discussion about price, packaging, bottle, etc.......but whisky is for drinking and i don't hear any discussion about taste. If you want to impress people with your wealth, buy a painting.

They probably just found some casks that had somehow been misplaced in the fifties and said "hey this is really really old and is most likely more wood than whiskey. Lets hype it up and sell it to collectors for an absurd amount of money! They would never dare to drink it, so they will never discover that it tastes like a rotten tree soaked in formaldehyde! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!"

all i got to say is it would be funny if he dies without tasting the whiskey, actually i hope he does cuz 100,00 pounds for one bottle of whiskey is outrageous, and yes i know it is one of a kind, aged 64 years and such but who cares. plus it would be stupid not to drink it, as you only live once :)
