Processor :Intel(R) Core(TM) duo CPu E8200 @2.66ghz 2.66ghz
ram:1.00gb (fallout needs 2 which im getting)
32 bit operating system

what's your graphics card?
I really won't know how well you can run it unless I see you're graphics card.
but
Your processor seems fine
If you're gonna upgrade you should go for 4gbs you'll see a huge difference (if you can)
