  • The purpose of ADVERSE POSSESSION is to be sure land is IN USE, not let sit vacant, instead that land be a benefit to humanity, rather than a massive hording by moneyed land owners who waste land by letting it sit unused. The only hopes you have to dispossess a person of their land, is that they're an absent land lord who lets their property sit vacant for years without inspection. Many banks executors are doing this right now, letting property sit vacant.

  • Skip this annoying video. Just read wikipedia's article on "Adverse Possession", maybe do further research from there. You do NOT have to announce it in a paper. You have to make public your possession of the land. Meaning don't hide away there. Your daily coming and going without sneaking is suffice. Parking in the drive way, giving clear signal you're living there. PLUS maintain or improve the property AND hold it for 7 YEARS. Inside the 7 years the title holder can challenge your possession.

  • @dtownwarrior On the contrary though When I used to go and visit him I noticed that half the people there are normal because they are using that as a scape goat for their advantage for what ever reason. He avoided 20+ years of imprisonment. He could have actually avoided the state ward time too but he didn't know cause he was at the time still a novice. But he is good now living life. You just gotta know what it is your doing that's all

  • @RetSquid my cousin is a sovereign/secured party creditor and they put him there too but only for the simple fact that the state ward doctors stepped in cause after the courts found out about his status they didn't want the liability so they sent him there and after 3months he was released after he showed them compentency, its their way of trying to make people who do this type of stuff look and appear crazy....
