  • by the way, does your truck even have a governor? Jesus, you're moving quick, are you behind or something?

  • You do know that the video is sped up at least x2 in most of the driving parts? hahahaha

  • Well speeding the video up x2 would make a lot of sense, lol. I guess you're right about the going faster on film, as I can believe that. What type of camera are you using, I like the picture that you get, it's really clear.

  • It took me a while to figure out why you thought I might be going so fast. hah

its a Canon Z930 I think. I'd like to get one of those little flip HD soon though!

  • Canon is supposed to make nice cameras, I had a canon video camera once, but it wasn't that impressive, but I imagine that the new ones like you have are all digital sensors and such. I just bought a kodak M1033 camera and it's great. Takes good pictures, and shoots 720p HD videos, which look really nice.

  • I have also a Canon Rebel XTi SLR camera... I looooooove it.

  • its at 2x speed, whoops, my bad!!

  • Thats some pretty wild-ass driving for a Big-Rig there buddy

  • @messa4 we don't sit around behind the terrorists all day long ..don't got time for it

  • hey we hate caravaners here in australia too

  • dude, slow down and take pictures of bears and oxmusks.

  • This is done in August of '08? When I went through there it was mid-late June, never getting dark north of the BC/Yukon border.

  • wats this song called

  • Nice Video. I did a solo bicycle tour from Fairbanks to Florida in 2008 and The Alaskan Highway was absolutely amazing to experience. Started heading south on July 1 at 50 miles/day. It was well worth the challenge and effort for its beauty alone. Nearly every day I saw something that rivaled 'religious experience'. If you have the chance in your lifetime to visit Alaska and Western Canada, just go.

  • Harley Davidson...little doubt.

  • can you tell me what highway this is? i plan on trying do do an IBA run on up to Deadhorse from the lower 48...is this the Dalton? and if i was on this highway believe me i'd be doing all the passing...how rough is it up at Atigun pass could a regular street bike make it through or will i need a dual sport type bike? obviously it will be attempted during July Hopefully no rain! what is the normal range in temperature up there in July?

    Thank you
