@biggrigga First of all: No drugs in your system - this includes prescription meds.

Eat a banana and drink some multivitamin juice the day before, the day you take it and the days after. Take 1-2 magnesium tablets a few hours before (reduces jaw clenching). 30 minutes of walking every day for a few days after. Exercise helps produce serotonin.

100mg is plenty to start with, wait 1 hour. 50-80mg more if you don't feel the effects, don't go crazy. There are dangers. See video for them.
