646-578-8461 Fake Debt Collector Calls From This Number: PAYDAY LOAN SCAM

We got a call today on my friend's cell phone from 646-578-8461 claiming they were a debt collection company and she was going to be hauled off to jail and all sorts of b.s. They hung up on us when she got rude with them and started swearing at them that she's told them several times she knows they're a scam. So she called back, the call we put on YOUTUBE is the final product. You wouldn't believe what the guy said. He made jokes about 9/11 and everything. I'll admit we made fun of him and he pretended he wasn't from India, so she said a few things about Sadam being killed and Osama and he went NUTS on us. Then he made jokes about 9/11. It's pretty outrageous. I don't get why these calls cannot be blocked when they're clearly NOT calling within the United States. You can see the YouTube videos under the user name: WiSuperiorEVPS
