This is the ending of season 1 of Underbelly filmed in 2007.
The Scottish TV broadcast of Underbelly was narrated by Scots Actor John Mitchie from Taggart and Coronation Street. The Australian version is narrated by Caroline Craig. Caroline Craig's voice is not heard on the STV broadcast of Underbelly as the narrator. For what reasons I do not know. She was only heard in the sequels on STV.

It's really quite funny in the end; these people are more vulnerable then powerful...each day of their life the hit could come from anyone anywhere anytime.....I kinda laugh at this whole scene that took place; it took the cops 10 years to bring down 4-5 guys...that was good old days of being an officer; now there's multiple gangs that are driven more by violence n street creed then drugs...just recently on the radio i heard they were trying to target north/west but theres so much in s/east etc

Credit to you Guytan(sp?) you nailed the role, don't think they could have picked a better actor to play the role of Carl Williams.
