the room was great, like much of japan, the staff will speak some English.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days on my honeymoon in July 2010. We were on the 23rd floor in the upgraded room facing Kabukicho. Our room was actually quite large and the view from the 23rd floor was AMAZING! The hotel was fantastic! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Japan. The staff were very nice and helped my wife and I figure out the best way route to any restaurant or event.
